3-Year (36-Month) Parts Warranty:
Every professional beauty machine purchased from TaixlEMSzero includes a 3-year (36-month) warranty on parts, effective from the date of delivery. (Parts shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and exclusions apply). This warranty covers replacement parts necessary to resolve any equipment issues. It does not cover accidental damage or consumable items.
7-Day Shipping Protection Guarantee:
Your machine is covered by a 7-day guarantee against damage caused during the logistics and transit process.
This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser from TaixlEMSzero and is non-transferable (unless approved in writing by TaixlEMSzero).
Period: The 3-year (36-month) parts warranty begins on the date of delivery. Lifetime Technical Support is indefinite.
Technical Support: The warranty includes remote technical support, such as comprehensive issue analysis and guidance via Zoom. We offer video call assistance during US business hours (Mon-Fri, 11 am - 8 pm [Your Timezone]) to guide you through part replacements.
Parts Coverage: During the first 36 months (3 years), we provide necessary replacement parts free of charge. After 36 months (3 years), the customer is responsible for both the part cost and the shipping cost.
Consumable items, including (but not limited to) gels, liquids, cartridges, or tips, are not covered by any warranty or support.
Devices sold for less than $500 USD are covered by a 6-month parts warranty only (from the date of delivery) and are not eligible for the 3-Year (36-Month) Parts Warranty or Lifetime Technical Support.
For products with a warranty period specifically marked on the product label, the warranty period specified on the product label shall prevail.
The timelines provided in this policy (e.g., the 7-day shipping guarantee) will be strictly enforced without exception.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for all replacement parts, both during and after the 3-year warranty period.
Self-Repair: If you attempt to repair the machine yourself without our guidance and cause further damage, TaixlEMSzero is not responsible, though we will still provide assistance.
In-Person Repair: If you refuse Zoom guidance and request an in-person technician, you will be fully responsible for all costs associated with the in-person repair service.
Exclusions: The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, accessories, and consumables (e.g., tips, handpieces). Damage resulting from inappropriate use will void the Warranty.
TaixlEMSzero is not responsible for any revenue loss due to downtime required for repair, replacement, or shipping.
Any full-device replacement (instead of parts) is at the sole discretion of TaixlEMSzero.
If a replacement is granted, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs (returning the original and receiving the new one), and the warranty timeframe remains dated from the original purchase.
The above guarantees are all voided if any one or more of the following applies:
You fail to provide reasonable evidence or information (e.g., photos, videos) requested by our technical support staff to diagnose the issue.
You do not follow the usage instructions (manuals and instruction videos) or misuse the product.
You refuse to participate in a free Zoom video training session if our technical staff determines you are operating the equipment incorrectly.
Dissatisfaction with the results achieved from using the product (warranty covers machine function, not treatment outcomes).
Alteration of the product by the buyer.
Accidental damage (e.g., dropping, earthquake, liquid insertion) or impact from foreign objects.
Normal wear and tear of the equipment.
Regarding Payment Disputes: If you file a payment dispute (chargeback) with your bank or PayPal regarding your order, your warranty services will be suspended pending the investigation. TaixlEMSzero reserves the right to reinstate or terminate the warranty based on the final outcome of the dispute (e.g., if the dispute is found to be fraudulent or invalid).
